After studying Product Design and Furniture Design, I sought work for a cabinet maker, who also fitted kitchens, bathrooms and general refurbishment work. This is where I learned the fundamentals of working in homes, creating beautiful interiors and learning about the construction industry. This led me to start my own joinery business where I designed, manufactured and fitted a range projects and products. Whilst working in the industry, I found there was a lack of designers who had the knowledge and expertise that only comes from having the practical experience of manufacture and fitting. Scratch was born. At Scratch I use my passion for design but approach it with the knowledge gained through experience in the construction industry. Able to design your project taking into consideration, floor coverings, door openings, door styles, partitions, paint colours, lighting, layouts and more.

At Scratch we try to tailor every design around you the client, to give a unique design experience, where we can advise on everything from the layout and fixtures.

My aim is to deliver unbiased advice, creative design solutions and a service people can trust. I’m not here to sell anything in particular apart from my time and designs, though I do work closely with a number of trusted suppliers.
